Slightly large bump on penile shaft, of that's the word. it looked fine until i accidently popped it and puss came out, i think it's infected, could this be a ingrown hair? slightly red with very small black tip, maybe a scab, not a std?

You probably had a small abscess on the apparently you developed a small abscess of the penis that should improve now that it has opened and drained. This may have been due to a small cyst or even infected hair as you mentioned. Unclear how you developed this abscess. It should resolve by itself. If it doesn’t get better you may need antibiotics or a procedure

Not an std. probably skin abscess. If it is red pl see your MD rightaway. If not keep it clean and covered with band =aid till it heals. Next time pl. dont pop it.
