When i sit up straight in a stool i get sharp pains under my right shoulder blade, it hurts sometimes , and when i take deep breath it don't feel pain?

Muscle, nerve: Probably a rhomboid strain, scapular bursitis, costotransverse or costovertebral joint problem where the ribs meet the spine, , or a costochondritis (irritation of the cartilage between the ribs). You should check with your primary care doc just in case it is referred pain for an organ as well.
