If you last had sex 4-5 months ago, your periods since have been regular, and pregnancy tests are all negative, then you are not pregnant. A check up with a gynecologist might be helpful to rule out other problems and to discuss birth control options in the future.

For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
