I have certainly seen eyelids twitch from excess caffeine intake (Pepsi has caffeine) and also by excess stress, which could be related to your travels. It is possible that the muscle near your left breast could be affected, though that’s a less common location. Limit your caffeine intake, consider meditation to lower your stress, and if that doesn’t help, see your doctor.
