A member asked:

My high sensitivity crp has always been quite low (0.02 to 0.03mg/dl) but was recently found to be much higher (0.94mg/dl). was just getting over a cold/respiratory virus at the time of collection though. could a cold cause that level of increase?

First, even 0.94 is very low. And yes, a cold could slightly raise CRP.

Yes. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
