A member asked:

Back in feb when i had my routine full std testing we had to do it with a do-it-yourself kit and then mail it back to the lab. my test came back clear. i stored the urine sample in the drawer for two days before sending it out. is that still reliable?

The urine tests for STDs (primarily gonorrhea and chlamydia) detect the organisms' genetic material (DNA or RNA), which is a very robust kind of test. A two day delay almost certainly had no effect on the test. Your results remain valid.
