Is it safe for breastfeeding moms to take hemp oil capsules?

I am not aware of any research on the effect this product on the breastfed infant. I do assume it will transfer at some degree to that infant given the effect of other ingested chemical and biological compounds,

The FDA advises against any form of CBD during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please continue to nurse and to follow up with your Pediatrician.
