Hydroxyzine can interact with certain meds that prolong the QT interval on an EKG & thus cause dangerous cardiac arrhythmias. Although you take a relatively low dose of edible thc, it's still in your system for a few days. Especially if you have a prolonged QT interval on EKG or a family history of dangerous cardiac arrhythmias or sudden death, you're advised not to take hydroxyzine& taking weed
