Antibiotics may be needed but will need to see dentist. Brush well every day. But just the teeth you want to keep. ;-) if u develop trouble swallowing or breathing or high fever go to walk in clinic.

Pus means an infection, don't treat it yourself. You have a dental problem that could get worse if not treated, best advice see a dentist now.
