I find is difficult to accept that your sleep doc would find study values that would qualify you for a CPAP machine or other treatment and not prescribe it. I would discuss your study with the sleep center team or consider having it interpreted by another sleep doc. Third party payers (insurance) will often not cover devices/Rx until your study is confirmed to show certain findings.

Additional information that is useful may be found on the report itself. The AHI score is available, and if you could provide this it is useful.Have an examination which includes evaluation of your pharynx, maintain a healthy lifestyle and weight. An elevated AHI indicates usually that rx is indicated.
