It is very very unlikely that you are pregnant from the encounter you described. Do a home pregnancy test, if the result is negative repeat in 4-5 days, unless you get a period by then. Sperm does not travel through underwear, it dies on fabric after 3-5 minutes. Sperm has to have vaginal fluids to enter and penetrate the ovulation. As long as sperm didn't enter your vagina, than no pregnancy possible. Stress causes period changes, but also unsafe sex, now practice safe sex for peace of mind.
