I have had a skin tag inside of my belly button my whole life, it has brown crusting growing in between the skin tag growths when i remove them it smells, is that normal?

No pl have a surgeon or your MD check it and possibly have it removed. Keep area clean with an antiseptic on a Q tip.

If lint or bacteria accumulate inside of skin tag, than an odor is possible. Clean area often with anti-septic solution or have it surgically removed.
