There is possibly causal relationship between Bell's palsy and herpes simplex infection and GBS can develop after a viral illness; however, there is no relationship between ankylosing spondylitis and other conditions by my knowledge.

Bell’s palsy is due to herpes simplex or zoster but can a part of Guillain-Barre and sarcoidosis. GB is autoimmune associated with influenza A or mono. Ankylosing Spondylitis due to HLA-B27 genetics
