Certainly you will be able to be pregnant and bear children in the future, but you should discuss timing with the doctor treating you to coordinate plans to treat your CIN1 if it progresses. Tell your new partner about your infection; the risk to him is low, and OK for sex if he agrees. Or he could be vaccinated: protection is strong soon after the second of 3 doses, i.e. after 2 months.

At age 25, if your new partner is of similar age, and has been sexually active, the chance of his being already infected with dormant HSV is very high. If your partner is basing his "uninfected" state on infrequent symptoms, his assumption is likely to be incorrect.
