Sweating is good, especially in Hot Weather. It helps to keep the Body from over- heating and suffering "Heat-Stroke" events. A shower or a dip in the Pool after are refreshing. One should not trap themselves in air conditioned rooms to avoid sweating. Fresh Air and sweating are good. Just Drink extra water to stay Hydrated.
