Brain fog lasting since november, bad memory now, weird endocrine blood test fluctuating from fine to abnormal, is there anyway to fix it and what could it be? symptoms started after a nap, then an illness followed which exacerbated the symptoms?

Hard to know what is going on without more details. Specifically the endocrine test that was abnormal. You would benefit from an office visit (virtual or in person) to discuss options for testing & treatment.
