A member asked:

What test would you run after getting glucose serpl-mcnc 112 mg/dl, alp serpl-ccnc 133 iu/l, and 25 hydroxyvitamin d 9.0 ng/ml. my main symptom is persistent floating stool which appears to be on the yellow side?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the one item that you can act on is low vitamin D. Take 4000 units a day for three months and then 2000 units per day. It will not address stool but important to do Wish you good health!
