Is an endocrinologist advising you? If not, consult one. If you've been advised by one, follow his/her advice. Actually a low sex hormone binding globulin frees up more testosterone for you. Apparently you're not experiencing signs of elevated circulating testosterone levels. I would ask the endocrinologist to explain this.
