If you have been stable taking 156mg a month without serious problems and the decrease to 117mg is planned to fine-tune your dose then if they are unable to make the change this month, take your regular dose and make sure your doctor arranges the new dose for July. However, since 117mg is exactly 3/4ths (75%) of 156mg I would certainly ask why they couldn't discard 25% of the dose before injection
