Hey , while i insert my finger in my vagina it feel like the upper side is tight and like i feel strong muscles , it that normal?

There is a network of muscles that support the vagina so it would not be unusual to feel some of them. Without doing an exam it would be very difficult to more specifically identify what you are feeling, but if there is an abnormality it would likely cause problems with intercourse.
