Im asking this for my friend is it possible to be pregnant and not have any symptoms she said shes got a stomach ache and nausea should she take a pregnancy test to find out if shes pregnant are there homemade pregnancy tests that are accurate?

It is possible that she is pregnant without symptoms. If she's missed her period and it's been more than seven days and she had unprotected intercourse, then a store bought HPT would be indicated. There are no home made tests that I know of that will measure hCG levels.

If she had sex since her last period, she could be pregnant. She need not have any symptoms. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time.
