"Plan B" is essentially a birth control pill with respect to hormonal content, and may cause temporary withdrawal bleeding. What is described may also be consistent with pregnancy and not a true menstrual event b/c of the early timing. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy, and see your GYN physician for an exam and further testing if positive.
