Whatever the skin condition you have (allergic dermatitis, fungal or bacterial infection) the panderm ointment should work if you use it twice daily for 10-14 days. If the lesion persists, you should see a dermatologist (skin doctor) then.

Try an OTC cream such as Lamisal or Lotromn. Wash the area and then apply the cream twice a day. Good Luck
