I have very bad reactions to all insect bites but mosquitos seem to be the worst. the entire area swells, gets hot, hard, and extremely itchy. when i was you they gave me niacin to keep fleas from biting me, will the same work for mosquitos & spiders?

Did it stop the fleas or did you get rid of them. If so worth a try but by hunch is that it will not help. Using Off may help more. Give then both a try and let us know.

Niacin could make matters worse as it causes vasodilation. An insect repellent and protective clothing are better options.
