Based on what you describe you are not pregnant. The shorter duration of bleeding is not significant and you were in the "safe" portion of your cycle. Should you wish to double check with a pregnancy test you need to wait at least 2 weeks from the time of sexual contact before the test will be reliably negative (a "true negative").
