Study found ultrafine particle concentrations in suburbs next to airport were especially higher than typical levels. is this true? my family will be exposed to ultrafine cancer causing chemicals living 4kms from airport? shorter life expectancy?

We are learning more and more about various environmental exposures, of which this is an example, but know very little about what the health implications could be. No particular increased health problems have been noticed in those living closer to airports, so that is reassuring, with the disclaimer that studies are limited.
