Though you've been diagnosed with COVID, that doesn't rule out the possibility of a secondary bacterial infection like pneumonia or strep throat. Your temperature is encouraging but get a pulse oximeter and continue to take your temperature before taking tylenol or an NSAID. If fevers persist, pain is worse, or you have trouble breathing (pulse oximeter drops below 90%), see a doctor.
