Have covid for the past 5 days and am very sick with severe sore throat, coughing, weakness and pain all over, temp has dropped to 96.0 and cannot get warm. is this concerning?

Though you've been diagnosed with COVID, that doesn't rule out the possibility of a secondary bacterial infection like pneumonia or strep throat. Your temperature is encouraging but get a pulse oximeter and continue to take your temperature before taking tylenol or an NSAID. If fevers persist, pain is worse, or you have trouble breathing (pulse oximeter drops below 90%), see a doctor.
