Need more information. Was this breathing room air or on O2? It means the pO2 is low and he PCO2 is high. There are many causes. You need to discuss with the Dr who ordered the test.

Arterial blood gas showed my pO2 was HIGH at 103. How is this possible? I'm not on oxygen therapy or anything like that. I was breathing normally.
