Not likely: Home pregnancy tests are very reliable, so as long as you were reading it correctly, it is unlikely you are pregnant. There are other causes for irregular periods, such as pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome). You might consider visiting your doctor, who can verify you aren't pregnant, and see what else could be going on.

Probably not: Many things can cause irregular or late menstraul cycles. Home pregnancy tests are fairly accurate. I would see your doctor to repeat it. Your doctor may choose to investigate the irregular cycles further. Stress, high athleticism, contraceptives can all interfere with a cycle. Your doctor can help with confirming if you are pregnant and further testing of needed.
