What could be the cause of much greater sensitivity to cold, faster cooling of the body and reduced heat generation? i have already done all the basic tests, all the thyroid tests (tsh, ft3, ft4, anti-tpo, anti-tg) everything is normal?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Regular aerobic exercise may be helpful. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

On Thyroid medication for years. Last 3 test 3 months apart Normal TSH ( 1.78, 1.48 , 0.816) But high Free T4 (1.8, 1.87 ,1.84) normal FT4 values 0.8 to 1.77. What could cause high FT4 and could that cause increased palpitations and arrhythmias?
