A better question is what is driving you to be very sexually active. Is there something you need to fulfill that makes you so sexually active? You may need sexual disease testing to consider before getting an HPV vaccine. See your primary care doctor and consider a full physical and include your emotional health.

HPV vaccine in US is recommended up to age 26. Between 27 and 45 years of age - talk with your doctor about pros and cons. There is no good way to test men for HPV, but most sexually active adults have had HPV exposure. HPV vaccine protects only against certain strains of HPV. Talk with your doctor about testing/ screening if you ever had receptive anal intercourse unprotected.
