Are oxcarbazapine and ariprizole safe for pregnancy?

They are not quite safe during pregnancy (category C), only use if they are absolutely indicated and there are no safer alternatives.

First, the combination is unwise, as oxcarbazepine interacts with ariprizole, by lowering serum levels and sharply compromising efficacy. Would avoid pregnancy if you were taking either, alone, or together, due to teratogenic risks.
