Semen will usually dry up and not trickle out 6-8 hours after being ejaculated. If you are sure there was no ejaculation during sex then it was not semen. There is usually no vaginal discharge which looks like semen. Suggest partner use a condom if you are worried about pregnancy.

Regardless of whether ejaculation occurred, there is usually a semen discharge containing sperm with any exposure of male genitalia to the vagina. The description does not remove the possibility of pregnancy.
