Sometimes a firm lump will appear somewhere on my forehead ( it doesnt hurt when i touch it) and then it disappears after awhile and randomly happens again. what could it be and is it severe?

If there's no discoloration to suggest a hematoma from a burst blood vessel or itching to suggest hives, I can only think these are small benign inclusion cysts that spontaneously rupture and drain. Otherwise a physician or dermatologist would have to examine one of these lumps and advise you.
