I'm 27 and diagnose with hypertension. my bloodpressure is often 136/86 or a little higher when i walk a very short distance. i'm on nebivolol 5mg 2x a day. i also wake up 140/90 bloodpressure. is all this ok?

In my opinion beta blockers alone as first line treatment for hypertension are not the best choice unless you tend to have an overactive sympathetic nervous system with rapid resting heart rate or coronary artery disease. Your options would be to add a low dose of a longacting diuretic or an ACE inhibitor like lisinopril or add amlodopine to keep BP 130/80 or lower.. Discuss with your MD.
