Exposure to other persons' saliva usually transmits no infection. The main risks are for colds, flu, COVID, and other respiratory viruses, and require direct contact of saliva with eyes or mouth. Getting saliva in hair could carry small risk, if you touch the saliva and then immediately your mouth, eyes, etc. So any risk is very low, and will be zero once your hair and shirt have been washed.
