I was having sleepy mood and headaches few days ago but from yesterday i have diarrhea and nausea but not having stomach pain can you tell me what is the cause ?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may take PeptoBismol for the stomach upset. Drink water to stay hydrated. If that does not resolve the matter in a day or so it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
