I'm a healthy 19year old male that found a small mass in my forearm. it's like an oval ball that's 2cm and can't been seen with bare eye the mass is mobile and painless. it's not swollen nor you can see it without touching it. is it a tissue sarcoma?

Where is it located on your forearm? If it is near your elbow then it is likely what is called an epitrochlear lymph node. These nodes often enlarge in response to infections that are more distal, such as the hand or fingers.

You may watch and wait. If the mass more than doubles in size, ulcerates, bleeds, other masses develop, you lose weight or get fever, see a doctor.
