Most drug testing is done via urine and you have to request that drug testing be done, so if it is not asked for they usually would not detect it.

Drug tests are specific for each medication/drug. Testing for one drug would not disclose other substances in the body. Illegal drug screening is usually done on urine. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
