PCOS is a very complex diagnosis. Hair on the chest is not enough to say you have it. Most patients have difficulty with fertility, but some of them conceive without treatment. There are other causes for a hairy chest: genetic(normal), other hormonal conditions, tumors. See your PCP to guide you
