Had pelvic infection and nearby loin swollen and pain, taking antibiotics, light vaginal spotting is off 7 day ago, for last 3 days, felt light loin and deeper tissue pain and tightness, and near by area itches. need to take more medicine?

Best is to consult the physician prescribing the antibiotics for the infection, as the spotting can be indications of early pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). A repeat cervical culture may also show relative insensitivity to the prescribed antibiotic.
