Tramadol is a synthetic opiate. Ativan 3mg/day x 1month is a high dose that would cause serious withdrawal if you tried to quit. So would 100mg of tramadol. Seroquel has long-term neurologic complications. Venlafaxine (and even Vistaril) might be keeping you awake. You are too young to be trapped this way. I rarely find a medical reason for cannabis but replacing 5 psychoactive drugs would be one.

At age 28, 6 different medications provide progressive risks. The mix of an opioid (tramadol), with vistaril and ativan, can cause nocturnal apnea. You are NOT safe, period, and should seek out a unitary second opinion ASAP. Do not address this on your own; instead work with one experienced physician and get all of this adjusted properly.
