It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a neurologist. Proper diagnosis would require nerve conduction study and blood tests. Wish you good health!

This is NOT simple, and is often a challenging diagnosis for even experienced neurologists! You will require additional blood studies, an EMG/ NCS performed by an experienced clinician, and a lumbar puncture to confirm. If you do have CIDP, it will be critical to start treatment ASAP, but acute problems like Guillain-Barre and Myasthenia Gravis could be present instead. See a neurologist.
