Consult your MD: Constant lower back pain with no response to ibuprofen.And other symptoms of nausea,diarrhea and headache may or may not be related to the back pain.I suggest you consult your Family Doctor to get to the bottom of it.Need a detailed history about your back pain and other symptoms,examination,and may need lab tests like blood test and stool culture.And if indicated imaging like Xrays/MRI of spine
