ITCHY NIPPLES: Change your soap to a mild cleanser like cetaphil. Change your laundry detergent to all-free & clear. Don't use any creams or lotions on your chest. Sometimes cotton shirts can cause this, particularly if you run or work out. This is known as "jogger's nipples.".
