Is core body temperature or basal body temperature more accurate for tracking and confirming ovulation? im debating between two overnight thermometers: a cbt one worn vaginally and a bbt worn on the arm. both use an algorithm and app for analysis?

Using a special thermometer with calibration marks enabling easy determination of the slight increase in body temperature (as in a BBT device) will be more accurate, as normal thermometers are more difficult to read, as they are designed to show much larger variations in body temperature, associated with infections, etc..
