Back of left testicle or cord hurts after ejaculating. can i have hyperaemia in that area?

Testicular pain after ejaculation indicates something is going on in the spermatic ducts that carry semen from the testicle to the Vas deference. It could be inflammation or infection of the semen pathway. The best way to investigate and treat your problem is to seek consultation with a Urologist. Your primary care doctor(PCP) can arrange the consultation if you like. Perhaps U visit the PCP first

During sexual stimulation hyperemia occurs in all sexual organs. Back of the testicle is the epididymis. If pain keeps recurring you need to be examined by a Urologist.
