I had stomach discomfort/cramps all over my lower stomach all night. sleepless. it wasnt contain to just one side. im also 10 weeks pregnant. the discomfort hurts but wasnt overbearing painful. woke up and i felt fine. no bleeding. normal?

Some abdominal cramping is expected as a "10 week pregnancy" grows , but check with your OB physician for an exam if this continues. Past infections may have provided adhesions, and when the uterus enlarges, the adhesions can stretch and provide a basis for abdominal cramping/discomfort.
