Is it possible push your teeth out of place as my cousin has been playing about with his teeth and hes crying about how he thinks his teeth have moved?

Tell your cousin to stop crying. Teeth will move with light continuous force over an extended period of time, as with orthodontic treatment. Any force he applies intermittently will be inconsequential.

Yes Orthodontics is based on continuous pressure to slowly move teeth through the bone for ideal arrangement. There is a current fad to move teeth quickly using rubber bands, but this system moves the teeth too fast and causes root resorption and tooth loss. Suggest you visit a dentist to discuss the dental concerns!

Your cousin would have to apply constant force to his teeth at least 16 hours/day. At 19 there are untoward forces on teeth acting to destabilize them. Instead of crying your Cousin should instead call an Orthodontist to evaluate his occlusion, the changes he is seeing, and the best remedies for his situation.
