Chance of FAS is there but not high if you were not drinking every day or you were not binge drinking in the first 4 weeks. Facial features are not present up to 75% of the FAS but the child still has other features of this syndrome. You stopped drinking more than 14 weeks ago and pregnancy has been fine so you should focus on the positive signs, maintain an active life style and healthy diet.

FAS was first described in infants delivered from alcoholic mothers, many of whom died from their affliction within a year. While no safe level of alcohol exposure is firmly established but level you cite is not worrisome, The intensity of FAS effect is dose/duration related. Many of its effects are difficult to see even on physical exam at birth and anatomy scan would not find them.
